Choreographed and high energy, these classes are possibly the most fun you can have whilst working out.


  • Zumba - fusing hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind class that will blow you away.
  • Trapeze - classes for beginners and improvers, learn skills on the trapeze, rope and silk with a qualified aerial practitioner and in a supportive environment.
  • Ballet - Suitable for all levels, beginners are welcome. This is a general ballet class that incorporates point work at the end of each session.
  • BounceDanceBounce is a brand new high energy, fun and effective class for  everyone dance/fitness class. The class has a commercial Pop/R&B root and the choreography is fun and easy to follow, combining the latest hip-hop and chart hits. Dance styles include Hip-Hop, Waacking, House and Vogue.
