Classes

Our group fitness programme is designed to let you to find the perfect workout to suit your goals.

We take pride in being able to provide one of the largest and most diverse group fitness programmes in the south east. Quality instruction and teaching is at the heart of every class and you'll benefit from the energy that group training brings. We believe we have a group fitness class for everyone.

Relax with our variety of yoga classes, try out trapeze and badminton, or if you like high intensity training then our HIT and metabolic classes might be for you. If you prefer a gentler group fitness class, or just need to balance out that high intensity, then ease yourself into some Pilates or flexibility workouts.

Our weekly drop-in group fitness classes are free with Gold and Silver Sussexsport memberships. Or, you can pay per class with student Bronze membership or as a non-member. Download our price list for pay-and-play options: Sussexsport Price List 2022 [PDF 89.26KB].

What's on?

You can view our latest group fitness class timetable now. We will run a programme of group fitness classes throughout the year. However during quieter times, the programme is subject to change.

How do I book?

You can book classes online or in person at the Sport Centre or Falmer Sports Complex. Alternatively, book via the iScuba app, available for iPhone and iPad.

Courses

In addition to our comprehensive drop-in group fitness class timetable, we also offer progressive termly block courses in yoga, Pilates, ballet and more. These are open to all and separate to our inclusive memberships.
