Walking and Running on Campus

Find out about walking and running routes around campus and take part in group running sessions.

Weekly Runch

Want to start running or just enjoy getting outside? Join us for a Runch (Run at Lunch). The sessions are low key, social and focused on those that want to share their lunchtime jog: no intervals, hill training or minute per mile pacing, this is a relaxed run which lasts no more than 30-40 minutes and is open to all. We run:

  • Thursdays 12.10pm-12.50pm

Meet at the Sport Centre reception.

Running sessions are open to all on campus. If you're a not a member of Sussexsport but would like to use the shower facilities, a £1.60 guest fee will be charged. Wellbeing Walks

Get some fresh air during your lunch break by taking a walk around the beautiful campus countryside. A great reason to get out of the office, get active and clear the cobwebs. 

Boundary Walk/Run
