Staff can get discounted climbing sessions at High Sports Brighton, based at the Withdean Sports Complex in Brighton.

Instructed Sessions

Group Climbing Sessions - good for team building or trying out climbing

• Groups of up to 12: £160 (1 hour)
• Groups of up to 18: £260 (1.5 hours)

Beginner Courses

• £25 per session
• £65 for 3 sessions

(Beginners usually need to complete 2 to 3 sessions to become fully competent)

Private Instruction

• 1:1 (30mins): £22.50 
• 1:1 (1 hour): £44 
• 1:2 (30mins): £29
• 1:2 (1 hour): £56.50 

Uninstructed Sessions*

• £8.90 off peak 
• £9.75 peak times

*Those wishing to do uninstructed climbing must pass a High Sports safety test
