About our classes
We run an extensive group exercise programme, from high-energy sessions to low-impact and mindful movement.
Group exercise classes are free* for Unlimited members. Price per class for Pay as you Go members starts from £5.
*All Aerial classes are subject to a £2 per class surcharge.
Classes are subject to change. Please view our live timetable online to check available classes before booking.
NB: The timetable will be reduced outside of term time.
Please ensure that you are punctual and ready to start on time. It is also recommended that you bring water to all classes.

A calm, slow yoga flow moving between postures on a low fabric hammock for support to enable space in the body, connecting to core strength as we stretch.

For beginners and lower-level players wanting to learn some stroke structure, doubles positioning and improve your racket skills. The sessions will consist of 20 minutes of drills and 40 minutes of match play coaching.

BarreConcept is a low-impact total body routine that blends Pilates precision, ballet poise, yoga alignment and sports conditioning. It uses ballet-inspired positions, graceful movements and postural techniques, whilst employing core control to sculpt muscles and strengthen the centre. It adds interval training and resistance elements to build physical strength and stamina, whilst giving you an enjoyable workout.

A high energy class using a mix of simple martial arts moves mixed with traditional aerobics exercises to create a full body workout. This low impact class delivers two classes in one, the perfect complement to each other. Floor based bodyweight movements will target the abdominals, lower back, glutes and hips to improve posture, stability and core strength. Full body stretches follow, focusing on improving flexibility and mobility through a mixture of static and dynamic stretches. Come away feeling like you’ve worked hard and then relaxed through a range of body movements.

A challenging continuous flow of mat based pilates adjusted for all levels which helps improve deep core strength, stability, mobility and flexibility. Classes will be varied and sometimes include small equipment.

A breath-synchronized, fluid style of yoga that prioritises continuous movement over static holds. Combining bodyweight resistance with continuous flowing movement, it helps strengthen multiple muscle groups throughout the body, lengthening tight muscles and improving overall joint mobility. Coordinating every movement with an inhale or exhale creates a moving meditation that clears mental stress.

This challenging all levels class is designed to help you increase your flexibility. We will work on strengthening and stability to unlock deeper ranges in our flexibility in a safe and supportive way.

A mindful blend of flowing movement and restorative yoga, designed to help you move, release tension and leave feeling refreshed. This class combines gentle, flowing sequences with slower, longer-held postures, creating a balance between movement and stillness. Expect mindful movement linked with the breath, gentle mobility and stretching, followed by supported, longer-held postures to encourage the body to release tension and the mind to settle. There will be options throughout, allowing you to work at a level that feels right for you. No previous yoga experience is needed. A perfect way to pause, reset and unwind at the end of the week.

An advanced class centred on strength training to produce a high intensity class that trains both the muscular and cardiovascular system to create a smart training solution. The class uses barbells, dumbbells, ropes, kettlebells and medicine balls and requires a good experience of free weight training. The class is a great calorie burner, great fun and is a challenging workout. Suitable for those with previous lifting experience and those wanting to push themselves.

PiYo combines pilates and yoga to create dynamic, flowing sequences that burn serious calories at the same time as lengthening and toning muscles and increasing flexibility. Slow flow yoga is a gentle and mindful practice designed to help you move with intention, awareness and ease. In this class, we will flow through a series of postures at a slower, more deliberate pace, allowing time to connect each movement with breath. The slower rhythm encourages deeper body awareness and a calm, focused mind. Each class will begin with some gentle breathing, followed by a slow movement sequence and finish with 10 minutes of relaxation.

Staff focused weights class focusing on strengthening the whole body for everyday life. Lifting, pulling, pushing and strengthening the core using kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, powerbags and more.

The S&C room will be open for general use, with numbers limited. This isn’t instructor led but will have staff present on site. An opportunity to use the lifting rig and accessories. Please note there is nothing situated in this room that isn’t available at our main gym, but this will provide an option to have a dedicated space to lift. Some specialist equipment in the room will not be accessible.

Strength and core works on switching on all our deep stabilising muscles so that we improve balance, core control and is great for injury prevention. The movements are slow and strong to allow for correct technique and form. You will be challenged in a positive way and will end the class feeling like you have not only worked hard but achieved a lot.

For all self-identifying women who are either new to weightlifting or are looking to build confidence in a supportive environment. These sessions will cover key movement patterns such as squats, pushes, pulls hinges and lunges (with a specific focus on mastering the squat and deadlift). Accessory movements will be taught alongside these key lifts, with progression and regression as needed. Please note this is more of a 'learning to lift' class, rather than an intensive small group PT session.
