Print Unit

The Print Unit provides on site reprographics services including bulk photocopying and digital printing, manages the production of externally sourced printing work, and produces University ID cards for staff and students.

Print Unit services during the Covid-19 pandemic

To maintain safe working conditions for staff, the Print Unit is closed to all walk-in customers until further notice.

The Print Unit continues to operate, but under conditions of restricted access. All enquiries should be made by email to printunit@sef.fm, or to the named contacts listed below.

University customers who raise purchase orders for printing work can continue to do so in the usual way. We are also able to take debit or credit card payments by telephone for customers wishing to pay for their own printing.

Deliveries via the internal mail service are continuing as normal.

Collections can be made in person between 12.30 and 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. The Print Unit doors will be secured outside these times. Please observe social distancing when visiting and wear a face covering if you can.

The ID card drop-in service is currently suspended. New and returning students requiring an ID card should visit the Registration web pages for guidance. For enquiries regarding lost or stolen ID cards, please visit our ID cards web page.
