After completing a BSc degree in Neuroscience at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, Aleksandra moved on to the University of Gdansk to do a MSc, where she studied the neural mechanisms underlying appetitive behaviours in animal models. Currently she is a student of the Sussex Neuroscience 4-year PhD Programme, working with Professor Theodora Duka and Professor Hugo Critchley to investigate the factors that drive impulsive behaviour.
