Theoretical, methodological and technical approaches to supporting social
interaction and collaboration. Particular research areas include computer
supported cooperative work; user centred design; human computer interaction;
knowledge management/expertise sharing; health informatics and telehealth;
mobile and ambient computing; groupware adoption; adaptation of qualitative
techniques to support requirements analysis, systems design and evaluation.
