Students on our MPhys courses have the option of spending some of their degree studying abroad.
Our most popular and well-established exchange programme is with the University of Uppsala in Sweden. Provided that you have maintained a good academic record, you may spend Year 3 at the University of Uppsala. There you have a different range options, which include geophysics modules and some other modules not currently available at Sussex. Teaching is in English.
We also offer exchange programmes with universities in North America. Students can study in the US or Canada for a term or for the full third year.
