Our research group aims are focussed on:
- Discovery of new leads and pre-clinical candidates for diseases with clear unmet medical need
- Identification of new tools to enable target validation and initiation of drug discovery projects

- Oncology: DNA damage response proteins and pathways
- Central nervous system: cognition, neurodegeneration and mood disorders
- Infection: neglected and tropical disease and anti-viral
