Biography

After completing my ‎first ‎degree, I continued my education and earned an MA ‎in ‎Marketing from the University of Nottingham. Thereafter, I ‎obtained my PhD from the University of Manchester ‎‎(Alliance Manchester ‎Business School), where I also taught Marketing ‎modules and won a ‎World-Wide Universities Network (WUN) award ‎that funded my ‎research scholarship at the University of ‎Washington‎ (USA). I have recently been awarded a PGCert in Psychological Methods from the University of Sussex.

Prior to working here, I lectured at Bangor University (Wales) and held ‎a ‎number of visiting appointments at other universities such ‎as; ‎London School of Economics, King’s College ‎London, ‎Braunschweig ‎University (Germany), Henan University of Science ‎& Technology ‎‎(China) and JRE School of Management (India).

I have published ‎research papers in various academic journals such as; International Journal of Forecasting, Journal ‎of ‎Business Research, Journal of ‎Marketing ‎Management, ‎International ‎Journal of Information ‎Management and ‎Journal of Enterprise ‎Information Management.

I ‎presented my research at international ‎conferences such as; ISF, INFORMS, EMAC, AM & ‎ESOMAR‎.‎

I'm currently a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy ‎‎(FHEA) and a professional member of the Marketing ‎Science Institute (MSI) and the Internet ‎Society ‎‎(ISOC).
