Biography
Marv worked in the industry for several years after completing his first degree. He then continued his education and earned an MA in Marketing from the University of Nottingham. Thereafter, Marv obtained his PhD from the University of Manchester (Manchester Business School), where he also taught Marketing modules and won a World wide Universities Network (WUN) award that funded his research scholarship at the University of Washington (USA).
Dr. Khammash worked at Bangor University (Wales) and held a number of visiting appointments at various other universities such as; London School of Economics, King’s College London, Braunschweig University (Germany) and Henan University of Science & Technology (China).
He has published his research in academic journals such as; Journal of Business Research, Journal of Marketing Management, International Journal of Information Management and Journal of Enterprise Information Management.
Dr. Khammash presented his research at international conferences such as; INFORMS, EMAC, AM & ESOMAR.
He is currently a member of the European Marketing Academy (EMAC), Academy of Marketing (AM), Higher Education Academy (HEA), Marketing Science Institute (MSI) and Internet Society (ISOC).
