About the Sussex Innovation Centre cafe
This cafe accessed through the main and back entrance of SINC on the ground floor offers socially responsible coffee and healthy lunches with ingredients from local suppliers.
There is also a focus on build-your-own premium salads, freshly made sandwiches, award-winning sausage rolls and reasonably priced meal deals.
Some of the money made from the barista-quality coffee available goes to saving the orangutans in the Sumatran jungle.

Inside
The café has a modern yet slightly rustic vibe, with an impressive counter display of colourful salads and grab and go bakery items. There are wooden seats and chairs in the main café with additional seating available around the corner in the SINC social space.
Outside
At the front of the building are several large picnic tables in a small courtyard. This area gets excellent sun during the warmer months. At the back of the café are a couple of small metal tables and chairs available for casual use.
