Staff briefing pack – May 2017
In May 2017, our staff briefing reported that sessions were being held with a range of external stakeholders.
To identify opportunities for Sussex, we wanted to find out what others think/want from us as a university and large employer.
We engaged with Brighton & Hove Chamber of Commerce, the Sussex Leaders Forum (a group of leaders, alumni and friends of the University), Greater Brighton Economic Board, plus many others.
The views from staff, students, alumni and alumni groups that had been gathered over the previous six months also fed into the strategy framework.
We started work to draft the framework with our vision, and noted that the whole university would be given the opportunity to consult on the strategic framework.
