Discussing phase
The Executive Group held discussions to incorporate the thinking from our staff, students and alumni.
They shared this thinking with and invited input from a range of external stakeholders – business, local council and others - to identify the opportunities for Sussex.
These discussions identified a number of issues that needed to be addressed, so there was a deliberate decision to fix some of the fundamental services and processes first and to take more time to create the new strategic framework.
