Mr David Benson
Member appointed by Council for a three-year term from 12 March 2020 to 11 March 2023.
David Benson is a Global Director at Google, leading the strategy for the Marketing Partner ecosystem and Google’s video business, (You Tube and other third-party video sites).
He is also the executive sponsor of the Black Googler Network in Europe, supporting ethnic minorities working at Google and building outreach to local communities.
He has been a town councillor, spent two years assisting Remploy (disability recruitment), and is currently a guest lecturer at the London Business School, Durham University Business School and the London School of Economics
