Role

 

Fabio Petito is Senior Lecturer in International Relations and Director of the Freedom of Religion or Belief and Foreign Policy Initiative at the University of Sussex. He has taught at SOAS in London, the ESCP-EAP in Paris and at ‘L’Orientale’ University in Naples.  Fabio holds a Laurea in Economic and Social Disciplines (DES) (magna cum laude) from Bocconi University, Milan, Italy and he undertook his MSc in International Politics at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth and his PhD in the department of International Relations at the LSE, where he was also editor of Millennium: Journal of International Studies.

Fabio is also Head of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs-ISPI Programme on ‘Religions and International Relations’.
