General information

  High-throughput content screening (HCS) system based on a PerkinElmer inverted microscope with spinning-disc, automatic XYZ stage, high resolution water objectives, autofocusing, and live experiment support.

  • HCS brightfield and multi-channel confocal/widefield fluorescence imaging of fixed/live samples
  • Suitable for slides and well plates, optimized to well plates based experiment
  • Automatic multi-channel cell counting and fluorescence level quantification, and results presentation
