Biography

Panu Pelkonen has a decade of research experience in Economics of Education and Skills. His work on education connects to Political Economy topics such as voting and electoral cycles, Labour and Population Economics, as well as the underpinnings of productivity and economic growth.

His work has been published in Journal of Human ResourcesJournal of the European Economic AssociationPublic Choice, and Oxford Bulletin of Economics and Statistics, among others.
