The Plenary presentations are followed by discussion. There are 2 plenary meetings for the first two days: at the start and at the end of each day. Plenaries take place at Arts C 133 this is a lecture theatre located in the Arts C building.
The individual sessions and panels are scheduled between these and are arranged to allow for thematic and stylistic coherence. The sessions take place at the Russell Building which is to the left of the Arts C building (it's a short walk from there).
Please note that the session rooms will be available for the whole time between the plenary meetings, so there is scope for extending the meetings beyond the alloted time on the programme. We have allowed for presentations of 30-45 minutes each during the sessions, but longer presentations can be accommodated - or indeed shorter ones to allow for more discussion. These arrangements are left to the discretion of session members.
The papers of the participants in the round tables have already been circulated to other members of the round tables in order to allow for more detailed discussion of the papers. All abstracts can be found on thematically arranged pages on the left.
