At the University of Sussex we take the ethical and environmental impact of our catering seriously, and we have made it a priority to ensure that we are doing our very best to get this right - including striving for ethical sourcing wherever possible; using free range eggs; using biodegradable or compostable packaging; fitting our kitchens with the best energy saving technologies; achieving Fairtrade accreditation and more.
