Research strategy, policy and governance
The University sets out its strategy in its Strategic Plan. Research and knowledge exchange activities are core elements of this plan. The research strategy sets out the direction that the University wishes to go, whilst the University's policies on research and knowledge exchange activities sets out the measures to encourage appropriate behaviours in order to achieve the strategic aims. These are set out in a context of governance, integrity and good practice, driven by internal and external requirements.
