The Student Systems and Records Office performs a range of activities to support the administration of the student life cycle.

Opening hours

The Student Systems and Records Office is open from 10.30am - 2.30pm, Monday to Friday. 

The office is on level 1 of Bramber House, (directly above the Cooperative supermarket).

On this webpage you will find guidance on the services we provide and contact details for the various teams. As some staff are still working from home we might not be able to offer a full service. All of our communications are via email and our ability to produce hard copy letters, transcripts and certificates might be severely compromised, but where possible we will try to offer alternatives.
