Financial Awareness webinars during February 2023. Added 20/01/23

The Money Charity will be providing three financial awareness webinars for staff.  These continue the Cost of Living crisis support that the university is providing to help us all in these worrying financial times.

Annual Leave Purchase Scheme. Added 07/12/22

If you are wanting to purchase additional leave for use from April 2023 until the end of this leave year on 30th September 2023, the next ALPS window is open for applications from 1st January 2023 to 28th February 2023.  Up to five days additional leave (pro rata) can be purchased in this 2nd ALPS application window of the leave year.  Application forms are to be signed off by your manager first, so please consider this in making your application by the deadline.

Andrew Skaife, Senior Financial Education Consultant will help and encourage you to think about ways to manage your finances and take action in a structured way during these turbulant times.

Our staff discounts provider is changing. Added 30/9/22

'Xexec' will become 'Reward Gateway' on 6th October 2022

We are excited to be bringing new and improved discounts to Sussex Staff! Please do visit again from 6th October 2022 when you will be able to click on the Reward Gateway tile on our page.  The link to the new improved platform will be live from this date.

Financial Wellbeing Employee Toolkit.  Added 24/04/20 

Financial Wellbeing is about having a sense of confidence and security around money.  This can be difficult to achieve for many of us on a day-to-day basis.  At the current time, the University is aware that achieving this might be even more difficult.

Mercer are a leading firm in pension services, and our Pensions Team work with them on pensions education, engagement and awareness. Mercer have launched a suite of free Financial Wellbeing information and resources to help you.

You are free to view and download content.  This can also be shared with family and friends.  Content will be updated on the site over the coming weeks/months.
