- Raise a Purchase Order (see UK PARCELS for price details section)
- To book a collection simply call the above telephone number, quote the account name (as above) and BBA will collect your dry ice and/or document parcels from the GDSC Reception
- All bookings must be made by 3:00pm each day
- Complete the Shipment Collection Record Form in the relevant section of the black file and place a label stating 'To be collected by BBA' on your parcel(s). These labels are found in another section in the black file
- Place your parcel on the shelf in front of the Porter's office in the Reception area to be collected from there
