How do I report a fault to IT Services?

There are two methods of reporting a fault:

In order for the fault to be rectified quickly you should have the following information to hand:

    • Your name
    • Your username
    • Your school or unit
    • Room Number

ITS asset tag

  • IT Services number (if applicable) - metallic label attached to item
  • Equipment type (e.g. monitor, base unit, printer etc)
  • A brief description of the fault
