Why are some screens in the SussexMobile app not displaying correctly or at all?


The SussexMobile phone app sometime shows a blank or partial screen for some functions if it has forgotten your login details. The quickest way to fix it is usually to log out of the app and then log back in:

iPhone

  • tap the settings icon (three dots at top right) and choose Settings
  • tap the logout icon (a key with a cross next to it in the top bar)
  • choose University Member and log back in with your username and password


Android

  • tap the settings icon (cog at the bottom of the screen)
  • scroll down and tap the logout icon
  • choose University Member and log back in with your username and password

The tiles should then appear properly.
