How to stop email being junked in the Office 365 mail system

Sometimes you will find that perfectly legitimate email is being sent to your Junk Email folder.  That can be quite inconvenient if it was an important email.

Follow the instructions below to switch off your junk mail filter:

  1. After logging in to webmail, click the cogwheel symbol which is near the top right corner:

  2. Click on View all Outlook settings in the drop-down menu:FAQ 2770 Screenshot 1
  3. Click on Junk email
  4. Under Safe Senders and Recipients, type the email address or domain you wish to receive emails from and then select add. This will prevent emails from the sender or domain getting moved to your Junk email folder.FAQ 2770 Screenshot 2
  5. Click Save.
