Why isn't SussexMobile showing my information?

Sometimes when you are using the SussexMobile app, some of the sections such as timetable or email may stop displaying data.

If you experience this, it is usually fixed by logging out and then back in to the app:


  • tap the settings icon (top right) and then tap the icon of a key with a cross next to it in the top bar
  • tap University Member and then log in with your Sussex username and password


  • tap the settings cog (at the bottom of the app), then scroll down and tap log out
  • tap University Member and log in with your Sussex username and password

This will refresh the login details the app holds about you and should enable you to see the details again.
