Can I set a different signature text for each account I use in Outlook?
If you are using two accounts within Outlook you can set Outlook up so that a different Signature text is used with each email account.
Stop the default signature being used all the time
- From the File menu, select Options, then Mail
- Scroll down to the Send Messages area
- Remove the tick from Always use the default account when composing new messages
Use Multiple Signatures
- Carrying on from above scroll back to the top of the Mail options and click on the Signatures button
- Using the Signatures screen shown below create the signature/s text for each account and then use the Choose default signature area to set which signature is to be used with which email account.
- Click OK to save your changes and OK again to save and exit Options
