In OWA how can I search the address list by surname?

  1. Open a new email
  2. Click on the To:, CC: or BCC: button
  3. Enter the start of either the surname or first name
  4. Click on the name required and then click on To:, CC: or BCC: at the bottom of the dialog box.
  5. Repeat as required.
