How do I print a message using Outlook?


To choose a printer and printing options before printing the message:

  1. Double-click the required message in your message list.
  2. Click the File button.
  3. Select Print.
  4. Choose the Name of the printer and any other options you require.
  5. Click the Print button.

Alternatively, for a quick print using the standard printing options:

  1. Right-click the required message in the message list.
  2. Choose Quick Print from the drop-down menu.
  3. The message will be printed immediately, to the default printer and using your default printing options.
