It's possible that you set up your autoreply using the My IT Account system together with, or separately from, the method used in Outlook Web App. You should no longer do this. Both mechanisms operate independently, so you will need to cancel the autoreply you had set up in My IT Account, using the method described in FAQ 457 (ignore the note telling staff to use another method).
