The past year has shown a large number of roles can effectively be performed remotely, and that there are benefits in retaining levels of flexibility in the future.

We have introduced a Remote Working Framework to promote hybrid working practices at Sussex where possible. The Framework is live, however, where necessary due to the pandemic and current government guidelines, some staff may be asked to work from home temporarily where required.
