Workshops

We are very excited to share the below schedule of further research quality and impact training and workshops that our team will be holding during the remainder of this academic year.

Sessions range from workshops and training on research impact, pathways to impact, gathering impact evidence, to research publication planning and we hope that they will be useful for your current and future REF, impact, and broader research planning.

These sessions are targeted towards the whole academic, researcher and research support community at Sussex, so please do make a note and sign up to any that are of interest to you. Some sessions are already available to sign up via Eventbrite and a link is provided where this is the case. For the other sessions, please save the date and feel free to register your interest by emailing rqi@sussex.ac.uk

Please take careful note of whether a session is in-person or online when signing up, as sessions will be one or the other, not hybrid.

We hope to see you there!

Summer of Research - Impact Days

We will be taking part in the Summer of Research (5 June-14 July 2023) with our Impact Days taking place 11-13 July.

Past Events

Our first Research with Impact Day took place on Tuesday 7 June 2022 in the Bramber House Conference Centre. This was a day of networking and showcasing activity, discussions and training sessions, and the return of awards to celebrate outstanding research impact amongst our Sussex community.

Sussex Impact Day was held between 2015-2018 as a day of activities designed to help researchers have greater impact in their work.
