IT Services for visitors

O2 Visitor Network

Visitors to the campus can make use of the free O2 visitor network.

Connect to the wifi network and register by following the instructions when you open a browser. You'll then be able to use free wifi on campus and also via any other O2 wifi hotspots elsewhere in the UK.

Conference services

If you are attending a conference at Sussex, your conference organiser may have arranged internet access for delegates.

If arrangements have been made, your organiser will give you the details to allow you to connect using wi-fi in the conference venue and sometimes also the wired and wi-fi network links in the study bedrooms on campus.

Please refer to your conference organiser for details.

Connecting to eduroam

If you are visiting Sussex from another institution which uses eduroam, you should be able to connect to the Sussex networks freely without further authentication.

For more information, including some technical advice on troubleshooting problems, please see our eduroam guide or alternatively our guide to connecting to the internet for conference delegates.
