Slow Flow Yoga with Hannah

As part of Learning at Work Week, take some time to unwind with a Slow Yoga Flow session led by Hannah. This gentle and mindful practice is designed to help you move with intention, awareness, and ease.
During the session, you’ll flow through a series of postures at a slower, more deliberate pace, allowing you to connect each movement with your breath. This slower rhythm encourages deeper body awareness and helps cultivate a calm, focused mind.
Each class will begin with gentle breathing exercises, followed by a slow movement sequence, and will finish with ten minutes of relaxation.
