Self-help resources

There are a wide range of self-help resources for psychological issues. Here is a guide to some of them.

Togetherall - An online service providing access to millions with anxiety, depression and other common mental health issues.

Here are some issues that might be helped by counselling and that are not unusual in the student population.

This is not an exhaustive list and you might feel your experience does, or does not, entirely fit with what is written.

Do not feel discouraged from contacting us if you do not identify with any of these issues; no two problems are ever the same in counselling and we help a wide range of people every day.
