School Sustainability Policies


In November 2019, we surveyed the School to assess whether there was an “appetite” for switching to 100% plant-based (vegetarian & vegan) catering by default at internal School events.

The results were overwhelmingly in support of this switch, with 96% in favour. As a result, we introduced a new sustainable catering policy, which mandates that we will provide exclusively plant-based (vegetarian & vegan) food at internal School events, with a minimum of 30% being vegan.
