Registration

Please see the University's New Students page to find everything you need to know before, when, and after you arrive on Campus or start your course.

You must complete online registration as soon as possible to be an official member of the University. This is important as it'll give you access to the systems you need, such as viewing your timetable on Sussex Direct.

Visiting and Exchange Students

If you're a Visiting and Exchange student, please e-mail either Xavier Caldet at X.Calmet@sussex.ac.uk for Physics or Ali Taheri at A.Taheri@sussex.ac.uk for Maths.

Notes

1. You can use the campus map at http://www.sussex.ac.uk/aboutus/findus

2. If you have any queries or problems in your first few days and do not know who to talk to, then come to the Mathematical and Physical Sciences School Office, Pevensey II Building, where the School Office staff will be happy to assist you. You can also e-mail the office at mps@sussex.ac.uk. Many of our staff work some days from home, so if there's someone specific you want to talk to, it is best to send an e-mail.

3. When you are set up with your University email account this is the main means of getting in touch; please ensure you check your @sussex email daily - and more often during Welcome Week and the first few weeks of term! Attend the Sussex Essentials talk or visit IT Services if you need any help with this.
