Access to Marked Exam Scripts

Principles and general outline of the feedback sessions

  • The marker (or a colleague) gives feedback and answers the student’s questions.
  • Marks cannot be changed; these meetings are an opportunity to receive feedback.
  • The scripts stay with the lecturer; students are not allowed to take their scripts away, or copy them/take pictures.
  • Students can only see the scripts individually, not in a group.
  • Access to exam scripts is only possible within a defined, limited time frame after the release of marks.

Special instructions for Covid-19

Apointments should be made by contacting the lecturer directly. Convenors should then set up a Zoom link and share it with the student. The script should be screenshared by the convenor. The student should not take screenshots or screen record while the paper is being shared with them.
