Bio

Christos Panayiotou is an experienced AI trainer, specialising in helping organisations understand artificial intelligence and get the best from general-purpose tools such as ChatGPT. 

This session gives attendees a clear and practical understanding of Generative AI. You will learn what AI can (and can’t) do, how to manage it effectively, and some best practice techniques to get the best results from AI tools such as ChatGPT. 

Key learning outcomes:

· Understand Generative AI and its practical uses.

· Best practice techniques to improve outputs.

· Manage AI outputs effectively with clear instructions and oversight.

· Recognise AI’s limitations, including bias and hallucination risks.
