Lecture recordings: How do I audio-record a lecture where that facility exists?

You can record the audio of your lecture in the following rooms:

  • Arts A5
  • Arts A103
  • Arts D110
  • Arundel 401
  • Richmond (formerly Engineering) AS3

All you have to do is locate the keypad (pictured below) and press the green (middle) button when you start lecturing. The button will now display a recording timer so that you can see something is happening. When you have finished lecturing, press the red button.

To enable students to listen to the recording, you must add the recording to your Study Direct site. Guidance on how to do this can be found on the Echo360 pages of the e-learning website
