Helpdesk
If you're having trouble with your own computer, our advisors at Shawcross can help with software and system problems such as connecting to the internet and running antivirus software. You can drop in and wait to see an advisor or book an appointment.
Help point in the Library
We now operate a help point in the Library, open 11am-5pm Monday to Friday (term time). If you need IT support in the Library, come and see us in the information hub on the ground floor for help with logins, printing and connecting to the internet.
Read the report, including statistics, for the first two weeks the help point was open.
