The IT Service Desk is in Shawcross, open weekdays 9.00am - 7.00pm in term time and 9.00am - 5.30pm during vacations.
Our advisors at Shawcross can help with software and system problems such as connecting to the internet and running antivirus software. You can drop in and wait to see an advisor or book an appointment.
We now operate an IT Services help point in the Library (in the information hub on the ground floor), open 11am-5pm Monday to Friday (term time). If you need IT support in the Library, come and see us for help with logins, printing and connecting to the internet.
