This session from Educational Enhancement will take staff through the changes to marking and
assessment in Canvas for the 26/27 academic year.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the session you will be able to:

Understand how the changes to the Canvas assessment and marking process impact your 26/27 assessments.

Edit Canvas assignment settings to request similarity reports for an assessment, if required.

Use the updated Canvas Gradebook to access student submissions for marking.

Anonymise a Canvas assignment for marking.

Use Canvas Speedgrader for marking.

Understand what students will see when submitting work and viewing their feedback in Canvas.

Doctoral Tutors involved in marking.

PS school support staff are welcome, but separate PS sessions will be running in September.

Updated guidance on our website, including step-by-step instruction guides and videos for setting up assessments, marking and providing feedback.

Emails to remind staff of the upcoming change and to share links to the guidance.
