Research

My current research and artwork focus is on the Domestic Light project, a multi-year enquiry into the nature of the light of home, that uses a artist run network of multi-spectral light color sensors housed in each time zone on earth to create a real-time global portrait of the color of home.

In addition to SHL, the 2023 -2024 development of Domestic Light is supported through the Hewlett Foundation's Creative Work Fund Program, Leonardo/ISAST, Djerassi Resident Artist Program, private and corporate donors. In-kind support includes production support from 37 North, Inc and the real-time streaming of the project, which is powered by Ant Media.
