Responding to emails regarding low attendance
This form is for Education and Social Work students who have been asked to provide a response either to an email regarding low attendance, or to an email requesting attendance at a School Student Progress Panel.
We are asking for this information so that we can ensure you have appropriate support in place to allow you to engage as fully as possible in your studies with us at the University of Sussex.
By completing and submitting this form, you consent to the information you provide being shared with the Social Sciences Academic Experience team, your Academic Personal Tutor, and members of the School Student Progress Panel. If you provide any information which gives us cause for concern about your wellbeing, we may need to share that information with the University’s central support services.
