To better reflect the University's digital skills needs and provide better value for money, the University will withdraw its LinkedIn Learning provision on the 20th December. Here are some alternative learning tools and platforms you can use:
Microsoft and digital productivity skills
The IT Training webpage provides guidance, training materials and resources to help you get the most from Microsoft 365 applications.
Skills Hub
The Library offers a wide range of learning resources to help staff and students develop academic, digital and professional skills on the Skills Hub.
Teaching and learning technologies
Staff looking to enhance their digital teaching practice can access guidance, resources and support through the Educational Enhancement (EE) support pages, including information on learning technologies, online teaching and student engagement.
Staff learning and development
The Organisational Development (OD) webpages provide information on professional development opportunities, workshops, training programmes and resources available to staff.
ADR learning pathways and the Leader and Manager Essentials programme will be moved over to LearnUpon.
This list of training resources isn’t exhaustive. As part of our commitment to the Sussex 2035 strategy, there’s more to come.
Support
If there’s a skill or subject you’ve been interested in developing, you can use LinkedIn Learning while it’s still here, until the 20th December.
So that we can support discussions and advice on suitable resources please contact IT Services with any queries.
