From January 2026, the government will withdraw apprenticeship funding for Level 7 programmes for staff aged 22 and over. That means this could be your final opportunity to access a fully funded Masters-level qualification while you work. 

With Annual Development Reviews (ADR) underway, now is the perfect time to explore professional development options, before it’s too late. Places on popular programmes are limited, and we expect high demand over the coming weeks. To avoid disappointment, we encourage staff to enquire by Friday 8 August.
