How can I tell if the services (e.g. Turnitin, Study Direct or Sussex Direct) which support e-submission and e-feedback are experiencing problems?


The IT Service webpages includes a service status page which uses a traffic light system to communicate any potential issues or known disruptions to services – including the systems used as part of the e-submission and e-feedback service such as Turnitin, Study Direct and Sussex Direct.

 

Specific details of known issues will be posted on the IT services latest news feed which you can subscribe to via email.
