Minor Projects, those projects, which by their nature are relatively small with regard to complexity, impact & expenditure are managed via the Minor Project Process.
More complex projects, and those with substantial capital outlay are categorised as Major Projects , this type of project is managed & governed via the Sussex Project Governance Framework.
